We know you are excited to get your Australian Abode order, and we are too! That is why we make every effort to ensure your order is processed and dispatched promptly, so you receive it as soon as possible.

All of our products are located within Australia and shipped from Australia, with our main warehouse located in New South Wales.

Our hard-working team processes all orders within 24 hours of purchase. This can extend to 48 hours during holiday seasons and public holidays. 

Orders are typically delivered within 4–14 business days from the date of purchase, excluding any unforeseen courier delays.

If you are on the tail end of the delivery period, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

While delays are uncommon, they can occasionally occur during busy periods or due to courier network delays. If you have any questions, please contact us via our Contact Us page, but please be assured that your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

We also offer fast and free delivery Australia-wide on all orders with no minimum purchase requirements, unless otherwise specified. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number so you can follow your parcel while it is in transit.

Please note that whilst our products are stored and shipped from Australia, they are not made in Australia (unless otherwise specified). Our products are typically made in China to help us provide practical, high-quality products at affordable prices.
